How to find Flute songs?

I got some of the Flute songs spoiled for me. Was wondering what the legitimate way to learn for instance what the fast travel song is?

Literally just saying it verbatim: inside the fast travel hub on the lower level, there is a fish. That fish mimes out the directions that you must play to do the song.
I don't really know any others though.

Varies for each one, but it's usually either writing on a wall (either blatant, or hidden but visible with the glow stick ), or it's NPCs doing something in 8 cardinal directions (the fish in the fast-travel hub tells you the fast-travel song with the dance it's doing).
