Any difference on Switch and Steam?

Does anyone know the performance difference of this game on Switch and Steam? Like latency, graphics, and frame rate?

I'm curious about this myself. I have eshop credit to burn, so it would be convenient if the two versions are functionally identical.

While I also wanna know I assume any diference woukd be simply easter eggs and not in any way a mechanical change.

We've been playing it on Switch, feels identical to the half an hour I played on Steam, with one exception being a second or two of low framerate if you respawn near busy rooms. Definitely not enough of a problem to throw me getting it for Switch.
