3 Cats in a cage puzzle help please

I've figured out that the flute lights up the panels on the roof (by accident lol) so I'm assuming it's a code I have to put in using the flute.

I'm working on this, too. There's a few areas around that section that have directions written on the wall. They correspond to the flute song you need to play. There's a symbol near each one that goes with the cage it unlocks. I've only found 3 out of 5 so far...

It was in the upper right corner of the room where you have to jump from the moving horizontal blocks into the fish pipe. It's roughly the start of this section of the game. Hope that helps!

Also missing the X cage solution. I was lucky enough to take screenshots of a few of them but I'm missing the X. Straight up solution would be appreciated.

EDIT: Ok figured it out.

How to find:
When going towards the Ostrich Wheel Boss / Cat Cage area, at the beginning of this section, there's the elevator that goes down into the room where narrow vertical platforms go to the left. The room to the left from where these up/down left/right platforms intersect is where the X cage code can be accessed. You need the Spinning Top item to break the ground.

Adding to this thread, I found a fourth code.

Here's how to find it:

The rat elevator that you go up when you first start the area, that you have to switch on the wheel in order to go down deeper, go up and do the agility course. Then there is the drop you have to make on the platform just before you hit the spikes. You have to be nearly frame perfect with the drop to be able to enter the 2 block size entrance on the left at the very bottom, barely above the spikes, barely noticeably different from the surrounding blocks. You will walk right through these seemingly solid blocks.

the guide says: "To reach the Bobcat room travel from the Penguin Save Room down one room and then to the left. Use the Top on the ground to break it away and reveal a way out of the room to the left. You will see a chest in the cage.". but i remember only one "penguin save room", it's the telephone left to 4 beacons with flames we find. there stands statue of 3 green penguins

It's the save room on the way to the seahorse flame; down from it is a room where you have to bounce water into a bowl, and left from that is a room with a bobcat statue.
