Disc shrine and ghost cat

Is there a easier way to go from the cat temple to the mock shrine ?

I couldnt speed up to escape the cat..

There is a way to get around the map very quickly, which is supposed to greatly help with that. If you don't know what it is, a good place to start looking is those strange animal heads sticking out of the walls in some rooms. Hopefully you can unravel the rest from there, but if not, here are a few hints, in order!

1: There's an interesting-looking shrine in each room that has an animal head, maybe it will react to something?
2: Make sure you get the animal flute from the room with all the eggs
3: Play the flute in front of the shrine, and the animal head will open its mouth, letting you enter a warp room that can be used to quickly travel around the map
Bonus: Explore around in that warp room, and you might find something even more helpful!

i manage to get the flute and open all animal's mouth but i don't know if there is a way to speed up this way.

I know you ve got a mouth near the 4 elevators. (The bear mouth i think) But i dont know where is the entry when the cat wake up to get back in the animal room to speed up toward the bear mouth ?
