Not yet, but this is definitely something I would like to add. The issue is that we currently don't have different sprites for women, and I'm unsure about the best way to do so.
Making a woman version of all the existing sprite body parts would not be feasible (as our characters are paperdolled, and made of individual animated parts cobbled together).
I was actually thinking about having women just have a minimal torso variation with something like a tight support bra (while keeping the same arms and legs), with hair variations, and women portraits.
Would that work for you?

Is not, i literal make videogames in Malaga (Now i am studing in San Fernando, when Stadia broken down) and the difference in women asset and men asset is just ridiculous. Are the same thing, including some faces.
The unique diferences is a chest with tits and a vagina.
Is not so difficult make a model or a sprite, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i used Pixela, RPG Maker, Unity, Unreal and Wombo Dreams Experience (Experimental) and i make perfect sprits and portraits with that, you can see one of me if you wanna see.
For Portraits i use Wombo Comis and Wombo Retro and for sprites, i used Pixela, is not so difficult.

Battle Brothers figures are cut off at mid chest. I don't know how you would see the vagina (or vulva) even if people were depicted full body but clothed, but definitely the way that characters are presented in BB it's not a visible factor. Even breasts would be hard to distinguish under armor in a typical BB image.

In Battle Brothers you have the witches, who literal put you a tit chest in the face. And you can diference only with the air, the lips, the face and the chest.
But the Battle Brothers think is not realistic a woman figth in a Universe, when a men can kill a dragon with a pitchfork (Yeah, not irony here, is that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ head from Battle Brothers devs)
So if you gonna defend some Battle Brother i am glad blocked you, because i am tired defend things who i am supposed dont have from start (If you have character creator, put same options, if you have a rol squads procedural game, put both options) like the women figths in Real Life (She do it, just look for scythe people, sarmatians, damohey, icenis, germanians barbaric, celtics, kurdas, etc, etc).

If you gonna make a another sausage party game, pls, just let me alone. I dont gonna discuss, some so much elemental, how the humans (both, man and women) we are apex predators and the both sides figth (one more that other, but they figth in general, so what care?)
If you gonna make another mysogenist game like Dark and Darkier, Battle Brothers, Jarkov or Urgoth, ok for you, maybe in the future people destroyed that games and will banned, for this time, i dont gonna more put figth where nobody cares my opinion (Steam Forum) and use it my opinion and my morals, when my sisters and brothers can play and figth together when no stupid biological fredunian excuse and frigid concepts for some caspians old mens, who never touch a women in this life.

Yes, with realistic armors and body proportions, it should be very hard to tell an armored man from an armored woman. Maybe in cloth, but even with a gambison, it should be hard to tell.

So I suppose some kind of bra on the torso piece and a different hair + different portraits could work.
