Daily Quests Not Showing On Boards

i am so tired of hunting down the one board that has daily Orichalcum quest. Origins and Valhalla don't have this issue. Origins and Valhalla have Reda who nicely offers the quests to you. Odyssey however has magical boards that keep passing each other daily quest like it's a test of skill. and when i finally do find the one board that has the daily quest and save in that location it's 50% chance the same board will have a new quest tomorrow. if it doesn't there i go hunting again all over the map for the one board that thinks it's funny.

why does this keep happening? why can't ALL boards have the same daily quest that magically removes itself from every board once you pick it up so you can start it wherever in the world you are? is it a bug? is it a feature? i don't know. i was never told.
