Fate of Atlantis DLC Quests not showing up on Quest Tab

Now I am at Episode 3: Judgement of Atlantis and I just recently finished the quest, Blood Get In Your Eyes. But as soon as that quest was finished, there were no quests on the map, there is no markers where there are new quests, and I even went to a walkthrough to find the location of the quest giver, but nothing. I have avoided spoilers and I am low key sad, because I've spent alot of time playing this game and I am so damn close to the end and this happens. I have tried reinstalling the game, loading the safe file directly, i think its a bug..

The option to do the DLC is in the main menu. I haven't finished the game myself, so I'm not even close to doing that DLC but I'm assuming it works somewhat like the Arkham Episodes from Arkham Knight.
