helix credits code doesn't work

so i bought helix credits off amazon. got the code delivered. put the code into the redeem section of the UPlay app on my PC. says the code is active on my account, yet no helix credits have shown up when i log into the game. has anyone else had this issue? i bought the $20 one that has 2400 credits in it. want to see if this is something other people have had happen or if i need to wait a certain amount of time before the credits show up before i get a refund from amazon or email the ubisoft support lol. thanks in advance yall.
