Trust Me, I’m a Doctor - Bug/Help

I just completed the Hippocrates questline, but unfortunately i dont get a achievement/trophy.
* I have copmpleted all other side quests in Boeotia. ( 1. A Life’s Dedication, 2. Language of the Ancients, 3. Chasing Phantoms, 4. The Tribute, 5. Origins of a Ritual, 6. Keep the Faith, 7. The Hunting Party
and 8. Let my Patients Go., 9. Inheritance Insurance, 10.Too Much of a Good Thing)
* I did everything right and everything as it should be and still I didn't get the achievement.
* I try restart whole PC and Steam client - Nothing helped.
* Hippocrates is on a ship and when you press Talk, all he says is one sentence over and over again. Manual save and load didn't help.

Please, does anyone have any advice or experience with this?

Hello vojta.hrabe, thanks for posting about this.

Ubisoft are unable to access or unlock achievements for players on any platform such as Steam, as we do not have that ability, unfortunately.

Sometimes however, there can be a workaround in Steam to edit your save file in a text editor like Notepad etc, to allow the achievement to be unlocked again.

Inside your local save file, there may be a section that says <achievements> </achievements> between these two sections there should be names of the achievements the game recognizes you have attained.

If the game actually registered the achievement as completed, but did not sync this with Steam, you can edit this file and remove the achievement names from between the <achievements> </achievements> entry.

This should then allow you to complete the conditions of the achievement again and hopefully, synchronize this to your Steam account on a second attempt.

Please always make sure to backup your save file onto your desktop first, before trying this workaround, in case your save file becomes corrupted.
