Battle of pylos bug solution?

in the mission the battle of pylos half way through the battle the loading screen opens and the game needs to be reset to play again. any help would be appreciated thanks

Sorry to hear about this.

When you say it needs to be reset do you mean the game is getting stuck on a loading screen or is it crashing or freezing? If it's crashing are you experiencing any error messages at all?

no it does not it ust fades to black life the cutsceane is loading but never loads

Are you sure you have the latest version of the game installed? Could you try verifying your game files to see if it loads afterwards? This issue was reported but has been fixed in a previous update normally.

Hello! I tried to verify the game files, but it's not working so I just uninstalled and installed from scratch, and still not working for Battle of Pylos. It stuck at black loading screen forever.
