Bug report: Captives not leaving cages

I'm currently on Skyros in the Pirate Hideout, cleared it out of of enemies, unlocked the cages with the captives but only 3/6 captives leave one of these cages and it prevents me from getting my completion of this location. Can anyone have a look?

Just to confirm, have you checked they aren't tied up? Sometimes they will be tied up in their cages and so they can't just leave.

Otherwise you could try traveling away from the fort and then coming back to see if you can free them there.

I am currently running into the exact same problem and I can't finish the pirate hideout. I've tried traveling to and from the hideout I've tried waiting a few in-game days and I've tried leaving the island.
