No more bull doesnt trigger after talking with Leiandros

The side quest "No more bull" doesnt trigger after talking with Leiandros.
he simply goes back to the bush he sits in and starts the same conversations options again

I am meant to free his daughter from the bandits or cult of kosmos, but when he asks me what option we should do to free her, he just goes back to the bush and asks once again.

Hi!

I had the same problem, the quest bugged out after following Leiandros. Talked to him, and wanted to go with the stealth approach. After that, the quest updated so that there was no objectives, and Leiandros went back to bushes provoding the same approach talk when ever I tried to talk to him. I even cleared the whole area out of enemies, and resqued all the captives, but Leiandros' daugter didnt seem to be one of them. Or at least the quest didnt update after freeing them.

I went back to Leiandros, saved the game and loaded the save, and the quest started to work as it should. Obviously a bug, but gladly easy way to get around it.

I had the exact same problem doing this quest, I did a few reloads and eventually it triggered and he took off running.
