FPS drops with ryzen 7 5800x3D

Hi there, I have an issue with AC Odyssey after replacing my 3950x cpu with the new Ryzen 7 5800x3D. It used run flawlessly on my rtx 3090 off nvme at 5120x1440. I bought the new cpu with 3d cache to help with other newer games like the latest Spiderman for instance. Now those games run perfectly with 100% GPU utilization. Unfortunately ACO struggles despite high GPU usage it stutter once every while especially when I climb higher spots and pan camera around. I have reinstalled the game and deleted old cfg, to no avail... What could be the problem? After all the new 5800x3D should be more powerful than 3950x despite fewer cores...
