Why is 1.3.0 the last patch on Steam?

I don't quite understand this. I play through Ubisoft connect yet Steam users do not get any new patches? The 1.5.6 patch coming later today adds new content, but there does not seem to be any confirmation Steam will get that either.

How do I fix this? I already have the game in my Ubisoft Connect library, its not like I can buy it again through Connect lol

when I first purchased this game I got version 1.5.4 and today I just got the crossover update for version 1.5.6 the size is 5.1 GB

how you still at 1.3.0?

Before this patch update, if you looked at the patch notes and last update news, the last patch pushed on Steam and only Steam was 1.3.0. It may have been different for people who purchased the game later
