Download corrupted at 70%/75%

guys, i tried to download the game 2 times now, and when i get to the mid 70% the download stops and says that the the download is corrupted,

anyone had this problem before? i neved had this problem with the game. tried to download via ubisoft launcher but it only downloads through steam.

Sorry to see you're having issues installing the game!

As some steps to try and resolve this could you please try;
- Clearing your Steam Download Cache
- Perform a Clean Boot[ubi.li] before retrying the download
- Ensure Steam is whitelisted in your Anti-Virus

Sorry to see you're having issues installing the game!

As some steps to try and resolve this could you please try;
- Clearing your Steam Download Cache
- Perform a Clean Boot[ubi.li] before retrying the download
- Ensure Steam is whitelisted in your Anti-Virus

hey thanks for the feedback man, i just erased all the folders on steam that were related to ac odyssey, and my "documents" folders too, and it worked, it got corrupted during download but i managed to download after 3 or 4 tries,

Note that what appeared to help me here was deleting the Steam Cache. I had the same problem - stalled at 68%, and wouldn't go further. No amount of "retry" would get the install/download to go further than that without "Download Corrupted" and I'd have have to restart. Thanks for the "Clear Steam Cache" tip. That worked for me, too, (I think).
