Free DLC will not start in-game

There are posts mentioning this in another topic already, but maybe it gets fixed sooner if it is more noticeable.

Basically the free DLC that Ubisoft just gave away is non existent in my game and I have no way to access it.

- I claimed it with Uplay for PC on their website via the Uplay store
- I have added it to my library and installed it via Steam (Both Free DLC 2.1 - Uplay activation & Fields of Elysium) both installed and checked to start.
- I have checked the game integrity with steam, and rechecked both DLCs mentioned above.
- I have completed all quests needed for it to trigger (Between Two Worlds & Heir of Memories) yet still nothing shows up in-game.
- No quest named "The Isu Beckon" starts or is in progress.
- When clicking for the ad to redeem the free DLC in the games main menu, uplay overlay pops up with the store loading in a loop but it just hangs and nothing happens.
- When in-game and navigating to owned content in the pause menu, "Fields of Elysium" shows up as installed

My main menu does NOT have a Fate of Atlantis or any kind of new button.

Any fixes, ETAs, patches, or general ideas on how to trigger the quest are welcome.

This DLC doesn't work for many users and i doubt that Ubisoft will fix this problem.

Well, nobody is coming onto the thread to say that it *does* work for them - perhaps it would be helpful if a few did, so we would know it wasn't a problem for everyone. As it is, this is an echo chamber of 'nope, doesn't work for me, either'...

Guys, just tested it and it finally works.

You can start the quest and enter Atlantis and Elysium.

My ACOd just updated a ~137mb patch and yep, confirmed, it worked. Fate of Atlantis appeared on the main menu and the quest activated right after I loged in the game.

I have Fields of Elysium Installed in Uplay version but not steam version , I am not being able to start the ESu mission as well. No idea whyy
I cannot install it in steam version as i only claimed it in Uplay .

You have to claim it on steam to start in steam. Otherwise, just start in uplay.

Even when i start only from uplay the game automatically starts steam as i purchased the base game on steam first and activated it on uplay. the Dlc is installed on uplay but nothing pops up :( :(

Wtf lol...in that case, ur dlc is still within steam...u need to check if dlc1.2 is installed, the same as field of alysium.

No Bro its not installed in steam :( and i cant find it as well . I think this thing is messed up :(

So u did claim it wrong.....if u done correctly, it will sync with steam and steam will download dlc 1.2 and Field of alysium

yeaa i think so its only on Uplay but not in steam gg :(
