Report a translation problem
Same problem on both versions.
All you can do is make a ticket or get them to reply on DM on Twitter, which will also create a ticket. (Quite handy I have to say)
Normally you should find rewards In the “owned” section of the store ingame, but it’s missing.
You are not alone though and I suspect it’s really just ac odyssey with this problem, all other ubisoft games are working and showing rewards correctly for me.
We are actively looking into the rewards issue on our end as we speak. Unfortunately I don't have an update just yet!

Funny i had just made a thread on this on ubisoft odyssey forum, wondered the exact same thing.
But i see now its not been resolved yet, downside of 2 new ubisoft games released full of bugs and issues right after another.
Regretfully, we don't have any ETA at the moment, I'm afraid. As I previously mentioned, once this issue is resolved, we are going to let everyone know. Apologies for that!
