Unobtainable Content?

If I begin playing now, is there content that is simply gone forever and can no longer be obtained. Like pre order bonuses, seasonal/event stuff, or even things only available through the uplay store or some such?

I tend to wait a long time before playing Ubisoft games due to the bugs, so I’m hopeful there isn’t anything I’ll no longer be able to get.

Hmmm. To be precise, there are some items that were available only during promotional events.

According to AC Wiki (https://assassinscreed.fandom.com/wiki/Assassin%27s_Creed:_Odyssey_downloadable_content) there are these:

• Aegean Pirate Pack (Twitch Prime exclusive)
  
• Bighorn Bow (Totino pizza promotion)
  
• Black Unicorn Mount (Gamestop pre-order exclusive) -->Now obtainable with Helix credits
  
• Horn of Aries Sickle Sword (Totino pizza promotion)
  
• Ram Axe (Totino pizza promotion at Walmart)

There are also LOTS of items that are only obtainable either by spending real money on them (by buying Helix credits), or by grinding Orichalcum (premium currency) and waiting for years until a specific NPC sells them.

So, If you are planning to play this on PC. Don't worry. Just get the Gold Edition (not Ultimate) it has everything you'll need.

Then you can use Cheat Engine to unlock every single item that might now be locked behind preorder/promotions/microtransactions.

Just go to Nexus mods for AC Odyssey and search for "Inventory Editor". Look for a comment made by me.

as far as i remember you can by the aegean pirate pack in the helix store now.

Ah ok, well it’s a shame there is content that can’t be obtained without using mods, but it’s good to know it can still be gotten in a way.

Yes, I just saw you can buy some parts of the Aegean Pirate Pack with Helix credits now (crew theme and mount), however the armor is still unobtainable.

Yeah, it's a shame that now Ubisoft fills all their singleplayer games with microtransactions...

At least for the AC franchise on PC there are still ways to avoid all that stuff. Right now there is already an Inventory Editor (WIP) for AC Valhalla. lol

Ezios armorset is not aviable. Not sure if the Viking set is aviable anymore either.

I think sams axe is also gone now, now that the sam ai was retired.

Here's what I think is a complete list of stuff thats currently gone forever (without cheat engine)

-Athenian Weapons Digital Pack (Leaf Blade, Phalanx Spear, Recurve Bow)
-The rest of the Aegean Pirate Pack

And that should be all, everything else I think can still be got in game legit, (even if it requires gross microtrancstions)
