I have the exact same problem. I have unlocked 92/93 achievement with 100% game completion with literally everything including DLC and I did not get this achievement. The one thing I suspect is when I killed the cyclops, I did not enter the arena from the ground, thru the narrow path, I jumped from top and started the fight.

I'm sorry to hear that you never unlocked the achievement too. Unfortunately, there's no further planned updates to resolve any remaining issues and we can't unlock them manually, but thanks for sharing what you suspect may be the cause of it, as it may help prevent others from encountering this too one day.
