The game randomly shuts down with no error message
So ive tried a lot of things and am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem play the game and it just shuts off goes back to desktop no error messages

PC specs
i9-9900k (not oc)
Asus Maximus Hero XI wifi (Updated BIOS)
RAM 32 GB G SKILL 2666 (not OC)
Gigabyte Aorus 2080ti (not oc)
1000 W PSU (ive tested other PSU so it isnt a faulty PSU like i originally thought) its now a EVGA 1300 theoretically

im wondering if anyone has any troubleshooting (perhaps a setting thats causing a crash?) ill try a few more things ive seen on here but im stumped, for the record this game runs flawlessly (doesnt dip, lag, or stutter) i just dont understand why it just randomly shuts off on me

Go to Nvidia control panel and make sure that PhysX is using your GPU instead of the other 2 options that I don't remember. This solved those random crashes to desktop for me.

We're sorry to hear that's occurring, VoidXearo.

To add to the tip from Tiudyr645, a place you could check for errors or causes of the crash is the Windows Error reporting. You can find this by checking the MSINFO, which you can get to via the steps here[support.ubi.com]

Okay so i did the Physx thing first and i also had my display set to Borderless window mode (didnt realize this for the longest time) i switched it to full screen and now it seems to have stopped crashing lol crazy that i updated my bios because i thought it was a RAM instability issue glad it worked thanks for the help guys appreciate it

I don't have an NVDIA device and I'm experiencing this kind of crash. Typically only really happens with some of the cutscenes.

AMD Radeon Graphics

Hi scoutfly96, sorry to hear you're getting these crashes. Can you try the PC troubleshooting here[ubi.li] and let us know your PC specs if it still happens?
