AC: ODYSSEY - The Conqueror: Meet the Spartan Polemarch not loading

I recently purchased the game and was playing for a few days now. I'm now at the odyssey quest where I meet Stentor for "Meet The Spartan Polemarch". What happens is I go to the destination and when i'm near, the screen goes black and shows up a long loading screen but does not start the cut-scene where I meet Stentor for the second time. Instead, it loads me up in the same place near the tent but i'm unable to move my character. I can't access anything else and I'm unable to move forward with my game.

I have also done verifying the game files and the same thing still happens. I have uninstalled and installed the game as well, I tried posting this in the ubisoft support page but it won't let me and instead directs me to start a live chat which is also unavailable.

Thank you for reporting that to us, we're sorry to hear this has been occurring for you.

Have you tried loading a previous Save, perhaps an Auto-Save and seeing if this will allow you to progress? How long have you stayed in this stuck position for?

I tried loading another save but still not working, the cutscene just won't start and I also can't move my character.
