Report a translation problem
The game languages are determined by your location and which localized version of the game you are purchasing.
Not all languages are included in each version of the game, generally Russian will be the only version included in games purchased from this Region.

Well, that's a shame. Had to refund the game on EGS and won't buy on steam because of this regional lock; I know why you guys are doing it, but you just need to know that some players in Russia prefer playing games in english, since localized versions are either bad in terms of quality and have some translation issues or we simply want to support our level of knowledge of foreign language. Please, show your marketing/regional managers my message: they just lost a decent paying client right there, while by simply providing an option to have english subtitles and sound, already present in base game, you could get more revenue. Hell, I would even pay more to play game in english in my region if the main reason is to stop foreign clients buying games with "discount" via currency buying power differences.

Not going to happen.
Limiting English in version from your region, is also other way to stop people buying cheap games using VPN.
