Report a translation problem
You should be able to fix the issue with the Voice Over/Model by restarting the game, as this will usually load the right model.

Thanks for the reply. I am still having the issue even after restarting the game several times since I made the post.
Do you have any Save slots you could start a new save in? I don't suppose the armour issue is there too? Obliviously you would be hard pressed to get to Demios in a new save.

Yes that is the issue. Both issues are still happening. I could start a new save yes but that wouldn't replicate the issue as it is clearly a NG+ problem.
I have also had another issue since I made this post. My Artemis armor set decided to delete its chest piece after I completed the quest attached to it.
