Ability point bug ( cant get ability points )

Im having problems getting ability points every time i level up i dont get eny of them and if i reset my abilities i lose every single ability point...

I tried to google this bug nothing came up and i cant find enything here.

So if enyone has the same problem or knows how to fix this bug plz help.

Before i wrote this i went into Tomb of Alkathous to get the ancient steel and it didnt get me a ability point.
