Writing's on the Wall quest bug

I killed the alpha bear and looted the chest by the Routsouna waterfall. Then I got this quest saying to investigate the cave,I go back, and nothing is there, no "artist" or anything besides the dead bear and already looted chest.

This is not a known issue as far as I'm aware, however, we've had similar problems with other quests if you complete part of the requirements before starting it. In this case, you've done part of it before accepting the quest so I believe that to be the cause.

Please create a support ticket about this issue and if possible, provide images showing the dead animal as well as the quest in your log:

We'll then either advise you further of have this reported to the dev team for further investigation.

In the mean time, if possible I'd advise that you try rolling back to an earlier save, from before you initially entered the cave, so that you can try to start the quest before entering the cave this time.

There is a breach in the grotto leading to the artist, on the left not too far from the entrance,...if i remember right
