Sorry to hear that.
Do you receive an error message at all when the game crashes?
Can you please create a case on the {LINK REMOVED}support website and {LINK REMOVED}submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation.
Thanks

I've tried looking around for any problem related to my PC, and nothing came up. After some time going through the game's various places (tutorial only), there didn't seem to be anything wrong. Since the problem only appeared around that part of the world, I decided to investigate the game files. Today I found out (because it has never happened before on steam -for me anyway-) that there exists a file verification option on Steam. It seems to have downloaded two faulty files upon installation, or rather two files became faulty through the installation process. Afterwards I was successful in continuing the quest, and thus playing the game.
Thank you for your answer. I apologize for any inconvenience that I might have caused.
