Stuck in stirring legacy (first blade DLC episode 2)

I googled and found several discussion with people having this same problem, but no one seems have found a fix for this.

I think what happened I didn't finish the "home" quest and did some other quest.
And now somehow it is stuck.

I have contacted Ubisoft about unable to start bloodline and tried what they suggested.
1. I checked the walkthrough and go to the home on Dyme but none of the doors are opened.
2, removing cache file
3. reinstall first blade legacy DLC 3 times

does anyone has any idea how to resolve this?

it is xxxxxxx. From the last communication:
1. I have checked all the requirements specified and they are good.
The case was opened for cannot start bloodline.
Now I have confirmed I actually didn't finish shadow heritage, but I cannot finish it either.
2. I have deleted the content under
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
3. I have reinstalled DLC several times.
4. this link that specified was incorrect (but I have verified the files content through steam)

So just to confirm, do you know which part of Shadow Heritage you reached? It's going to be likely that without this complete you may not be able to trigger the start of the next DLC.

Do you have a mission stuck in the log for Shadow Heritage or did you just not get offered the quest to complete it?

It just says on Add on quest: Shadow from the east -> the stirring darkness
Wait for your legacy to continue

No one else have this problem or can share tips how to fix this?

Just to confirm you mention you confirmed you didn't complete it, was that a specific action you didn't complete or just that it's still stuck there?

Do you have any Quests from before this DLC or you reached the end?

Hi UbiBaron,

I checked the walkthrough of episode 2 as the support told me.

I confirmed that I finished Leviathan's maw and then in the "home" quest, I went to the dock.
I couldn't remember if the next set of quest to read the letter appear or not, but I didn't do the part about reading the letter at the house.. And now it stucks in the Stirring Legacy.

I already progressed much further since then. I already finished the main quest and in the middle of the atlantis DLC.

I guess this is the worst part of the game ...a bug in the game that cannot be fixed and support team has no clue how to fix and can only suggest used old save games or restart again
