I assume you have been to the location again and seen if the body is still present there? If it's been some time then unfortunately it would likely have de-spawned.

Yes, I confirmed the kill right after I killed him.
I am sorry to hear that this has occurred. Can you please confirm the following:
. Are you playing a normal or NG+ game?
. Do you have the latest update (1.3.0) installed?
. Did this issue occur before or after installing the latest update?
We would also need a screenshot of your cultist screen, highlighting Swordfish.
Could you also submit a support ticket[support.ubi.com] and attach a copy of your save files.
Each save will have a separate file:
- 2.save
- 3.save
- 4.save, etc.
Please note that "1.save" only contains settings and does not need to be submitted.
Once you have created a support ticket can you reply in this thread with your ticket reference number.
I can then pass this onto the dev team to investigate further.

I am playing a normal game. I have the latest update installed and the issue occurred after installing the update.
However, when I try to submit the save files in the support ticket, it says that I can't upload files of this type.

Have you played any Player Created Quests from the Story Creator Mode? If so did this start after you played one of these missions?

The issue occurred after playing some quests from the Story Creator Mode.
They have also asked if you could provide two more screenshots, we appreciate all the help you've provided so far in this.
The first one would be the details for the Swordfish, so the page where it shows their History/Location.
The second would be the Bracer of Achilles in your inventory.

I'm playing with Kassandra so the second screenshot is the Amazon Bracers.
