"Blood in the water" quest bugged?
Hi,

I completed the quest "Blood in the water" by killing Swordfish. I got all the rewards but when I look in the cultist menu he's still alive and the location unknown. This makes it impossible to complete the quest "The Heroes of the Cult".

I unfortunately saved the game too many times before I realized this, so I can't load a save before I killed him.

We're sorry to hear that this has occurred, just to confirm you confirmed the kill at the time?

I assume you have been to the location again and seen if the body is still present there? If it's been some time then unfortunately it would likely have de-spawned.

Yes, I confirmed the kill right after I killed him.

I am sorry to hear that this has occurred. Can you please confirm the following:

. Are you playing a normal or NG+ game?
. Do you have the latest update (1.3.0) installed?
. Did this issue occur before or after installing the latest update?

We would also need a screenshot of your cultist screen, highlighting Swordfish.

Could you also submit a support ticket[support.ubi.com] and attach a copy of your save files.

Each save will have a separate file:

- 2.save
- 3.save
- 4.save, etc.

Please note that "1.save" only contains settings and does not need to be submitted.

Once you have created a support ticket can you reply in this thread with your ticket reference number.

I can then pass this onto the dev team to investigate further.

Sorry for the late response,

I am playing a normal game. I have the latest update installed and the issue occurred after installing the update.

However, when I try to submit the save files in the support ticket, it says that I can't upload files of this type.

My screenshot is in the support ticket.

Hey Adam! Can you compress the files[support.microsoft.com] into a zip or rar file using Winzip or a similar tool? Both those file types should be accepted on our support website.

Have you played any Player Created Quests from the Story Creator Mode? If so did this start after you played one of these missions?

The issue occurred after playing some quests from the Story Creator Mode.

The first one would be the details for the Swordfish, so the page where it shows their History/Location.

The second would be the Bracer of Achilles in your inventory.

I have added both screenshots to my support ticket.

I'm playing with Kassandra so the second screenshot is the Amazon Bracers.

I can confirm this issue will be fixed in a future title update, we do not have an ETA on when this will be released but please keep an eye out for when this is announced.

It will be announced on the official Website, Twitter page and in game.
