Armor doesn't show up in custumisation menu (bug???)
Recently bought the Nemean Lion pack (just the armor/gear pack) but when I want to apply the visual custumisation on my epic gear, the items don't show in the menu. All Nemean Lione armor pieces are in my inventory and I even put them on. The full set bonus doesn't show up in the engraving menu either. I quit and restarded the game to see if that made a difference but no.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue??

Go to the ship and transfer them into storage, then retrieve them again, and then see if they show up...

I have a different issue with the visual customisation. I have asked in here and got no response to it. When in came in my character was at a high level and can only access various appearances that he unlocked as he levelled up higher but the ones below his level are still locked.

Like they will say Unlocked at level 15,25,35 etc, these are still locked to me because my character was about level 50-60, or maybe higher, when the visual customisation was added.

Is there anything that can be done with that.?

Just tried it a few times but unfortunately this didn't resolved the issue either. Thanks anyway.

Thank you for getting back to us, we're sorry that's still occurring for you, duderino.

I'd ask if both of your could provide us with screenshots of the missing items in the menu. Certainly for the Store item make sure to show it in your inventory as well.

As I have ALL the AC games on Uplay and not Steam I had to upload the pics to mediafire...

Thanks for providing those screenshots.

To help us look into this, please create a case through the support site here[support.ubisoft.com]

In this please include a copy of your Save Files, which you can find here
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegame\<UplayID>\5092
Please then let us know the following details:
  • Case ID
  • NG level
  • Do you see this with all items or just specific ones?

Ok, will do, I don't what you mean by "Case ID" though, and it is the same with ALL items that provide the colour/material variations that were below my character levl at the time. As in shown in the pics. Character level now is mid 90s.

I actually have 3 characters running, 2 as Kass and 1 as Alex. The 2 Kass games are fine, it's just the Alex one that has this issue.

Case ID is your 8 digit case number.
It should start 09 :)

Well I lodged it as you advised. It would not allow me to attach my save files, so that was pointless. I did attach the 3 pics I posted here though.

Case ID = 09357420
NG Level = 93 (If you meant my character level)

It affects ALL the items, as many do not, that provide the colour/material variations which are unlocked at certain levels. This is why I posted pics of both a weapon and an armour piece to show you.

Apologies for not clarifying, the Save Files would need to be in a .Zip file as this is a support file type.

You should be able to attach them to the case by logging into the Support site and opening the Cases section here[support.ubi.com]

I made a case and included screenshots. This was the content:

This kind of "support" is borderline useless if they don't even bother actually reading the contents and offering a "solution" (click the link that they gave me) that has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I mean how clear can I be: I HAVE RECEIVED THE NEMEAN LION PACK I JUST CAN'T GET IT TO SHOW UP IN THE VISUAL COSTUMISATION MENU!
