Does this happen with a specific mission or is it happening with them all?
I assume you went through the Steam Verification, when you mention checking the files?
What localization are you playing the game in?
- Ubisoft Support
Yes,have verified by steam, the game files are not missing
Traditional Chinese, voice is English
Would you be able to provide us with a video of this issue occurring, this will help us to look into this.

Just to confirm, does this only happen in English? Have you tried in any other languages?

In short, I hope to have the opportunity to repair the game as soon as possible. The current game experience is very good except for this part of the problem, express support, thank you for your reply.
I finished the game back in February without issues and now I'm trying to play all the DLC that has been released since then.
So far I have just played a few of The Lost Tales of Greece missions ("One Really, Really Bad Day", "A Friend Worth Dying For" and "Every Story Has an Ending") and all of them have had this weird bug where the characters just skip whole sentences of their dialogue (you can hear the first few words and the subtitles show up for a couple of seconds, but then the subtitles vanish and you can no longer hear the sentence anymore). Meanwhile the characters keep interacting as if nothing happened for the whole duration of the sentence.
I'm sorry if my description is unclear, English is not my first language. I'm playing with both audio and subtitles in Spanish.
(I don't own the game on Steam, btw. The key that came with my collector's edition was for uplay). I've repaired the game files but the bug persists.
