Leviathans Maw bug

I have already beat the game and dlc's and now im trying to complete all the achievements but when i was going to do the "Parry to Carry" i saw that the weapon "Judgement of the Lion" wasn't on my inventory, now how im gonna do it?!?!

Do you know if you did previously have this weapon in your inventory, and it has disappeared since completing the game?

Until the 20th, I didn't know if this weapon was useful for anything so i didn't care much.

After completing the game, the weapon should still be in your inventory, so it would seem there is an issue. Try checking your ship inventory to see if it is there.

If you can't find the weapon there either, please also provide images of:

- Your ship's storage
- Your quest log, to show the quest has been completed
