But before saying anything, where do you see that number 5654, is it the DPS of the weapon? DPS = Damage Per Second, it collectively implies the speed and power of the weapon. As far as I understand Damage Per Second = Strike Rate × Damage Per Strike.
For Example, Daggers will have a very high Strike Rate but lower Damage Per Strike. But a heavy weapon is likely to have a lower Strike rate but higher Damage Per Strike. You'l have to elaborate your situation more.
