No no . You are wrong. You can buy Ubisoft's Helix Credits through Steam

It's currently not available on Steam, I've only seen it on the Microsoft Store and Uplay. It's a DLC version

New DLC? Oh I thought it's in the Helix store because I saw it in Helix store if you purchase 500 Helix credit you'll get those weapons Zeus spear and sword.

I think you're wrong there's no more DLC for Odyssey, you can login to the Odyssey and go to the store and check it by yourself there's a package for it. You purchase the 500 Helix credits and you got both Zeus spear and sword

I can't buy it for some reasons.. whenever I pressed the buy option, it keeps redirecting me to dlc page

As it seems to be an actual new DLC, if you bought the game on Steam don't buy it on the Ubisoft store. Wait until it appears on Steam or some Ubi developer clarifies the situation.

As far as I know, you should only buy DLCs in the same store where you bought the base game. I say this because there's been people in the past that bought the Season Pass on UPlay while having the game on Steam and they wheren't able to access their newly paid content.
