It can still work. Nioh and God of war have excellente combat systems and they are number games as well.
It is for the best of the gamers when a healthy competition in digital stores exists. If steam loses influence they might do some more for us games. Kickass steam only games for example.
I dunno. I play these games strictly for relaxation. I don't want them to be like a Souls game. If I want to break a wee bit of a sweat I'll log onto Kingdom Come Deliverance on hardcore mode. I die now and then - I don't mind these games being easy on my brain. IT's what I want when I want to 'chill'.
Ubisoft account is required regardless where you buy the game.
By God, I can't believe one has to lay it out in detail for these people.
That is just a couple of many gripes. The whole game from start to finish is dumped down muck. The only good thing about the game are some of the cut-scenes.
Not worth it even at 80% off.
A UBIsoft game I can recommend is Phoenix rising. It's light hearted but bloody good fun. Made by the same team that brought us Odyssey.
