So counting up all the entries, 396 + 57 LotFB + 70 TFoA, 523 overall.

Plus, as ΆΡΗΣ said, all the repeatable ones from the Message Boards. And idk if that list included the timed ones found "in the wild".

A lot of the ones found in the wild can also be found on the message boards and sometimes you can complete quests without ever picking them up, it will just add an entry to the quest log saying to go meet the person for your reward

Those are meant to be within the "World Quest" group, but i found that it doesn't include at least Boeotia and Korinthia, so there's even more than what that site has catalogued. :-)
