Cerberos’s Charge
excuse me,why my Cerberos’s Charge,the second engravings-+4% damage with charged heavy attack ability got stuck at the 4%...?

is any one knows how to upgrade it?

I'm already lv99,but when I got this,it's still at the 4%.

further more,I couldn't even see how to upgrade the damage%...

I have the same problem, not sure what do do. :-( I've been killing soldiers using the charged melee attack to see if it is one of those engravings which increase only when you use certain attacks, but no luck yet.
