The tomb of Polybotes

I was doing a mission about the song of the sirens in the tomb of Polybotes, at the end of the mission I realized that there was a secret passage, nothing out of the ordinary, however, in one of the passages I found a dog that I inadvertently attacked and it moved from its position, but originally the dog was staring at a mural in the room.

I searched on youtube, but I don't see this dog in any gameplay

on the other hand, right in the previous room there is a statue of a dog, and I thought it might be related

Is there a mystery here? or is there nothing?

Could be an obscure easter egg from devs, but probably just a bug.

I also saw this dog and thought this dog isn't normal how did it even get in here? There was no way for the dogntonget in. And then I attacked it and it was almost indestructible I'm level 76 and have all golden gear and it survived quite a few of my special attacks.
