The many question marks seem to imply that you want to know the difference between the individual versions of the game. In that case, visit the Steam shop page, scroll down on the game description column and click the tiny "READ MORE" just below the "ULTIMATE EDITION" description section. You can find the descriptions of the individual editions there.

Usually what i do is, i check out what game company it is, So Ubisht Generally nags you for Online Connectivity and Games are broken at launch, For example this one and Watch dogs Legions still have issues to this day.

So for Ubisoft i wont pre order or any games till years later IF their games are fixed and the DLC's out, And i bought the Complete Ultimate Editions with All the DLC on special for $30 USD each generally, it all weighed out to that amount.

I save my real cash for actual good companies that don't nag me about Online or are not known to make buggy day 1 games, my lesson was learnt from For Honor, but i heard alot of people were burnt by some Rainbow game, till then Ubisoft went from my favourite to just above EA.

As the shop page tells, it includes the season pass.

There is a separate shop page with a rating based on reviews for each individual DLC.

Buy gold edition . you get the season pass that it gives you the two dlcs and the ac 3 remastered and ac liberation remastered.

ok but, is ac oddysey still worth to play?

i recommend unlock the best version with all dlc the ultimate edition i think most of the Assassin Creed games are worthy investment only issuse would be the Origin login system may go down at some point and will lose our ability to play offline.

what you mean with "all dlc" in ultimate edition? did you mean the dlc from gold edition is not completed?

Ubisoft like to give you vast variety, other wise known in reality as making things confusing AF, Ultimate edition, Complete Edition, GOTY Edition, Gold Edition etc. as of now all mean the same thing depending on the different game.

So i have the Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Complete Edition, Assassin's Creed Odyssey- Ultimate Edition and Assassin's Creed Black Flag - Gold Edition, which is all the exact same thing.

Buy base game, you will probably never finish it. If you end up really liking the game and crave more you can buy Season Pass later on sale.

It's better to spend more overall than waste money on content you will never play and this game is very grindy and slow and this is the biggest complaint in reviews that leads to people giving up.

True these past games are bloated and not in a good way, they just don't know what a Good RPG is, I'm playing Valhalla now because odyssey feels stretched and it's gameplay is actually worse than odyssey (so far), i cant believe it ...

ohh, so its better only but the standard edition, because the game took too long to finish

Sure is worth playing today , i have like 500 hours played on console and i buyed again here because i selled the console some time ago xd
buy gold edition it worth because at this price you get two more games in your library and all the dlcs of the odyssey.
And if you don't like grinding try some trainers or something and get some pieces of armor and try to beat the game whatever you like.

I have a couple of Start Save mods that will take most of the grind out and allow you to just play the main story. However you do need to use the AC Save Tool to convert the save from my account to your own or they won't show up in the game. However these may only work if you also have the Season Pass since I do

However I would recommend trying the game without it first and if it is too grindy then use one of these
