Best way to farm XP for level 70

Is there any fast way for that? I am level 59 myself and I get 35k XP from Arena and from 20 to 30k XP from board side missions/assassination/bounties. Only other way I get more XP is from weekly which gives 70k XP I believe but that isnt really a best way since its just 1 quest every 7 days

1. Pick up the quests to win 2 battle for a faction; the quest gives 132,000 and each battle gives 55,000.

2. Pick up all the quests for killing 2 leaders, killing 2 strategoi/3 marksmen/etc/loot 3 nation chests, killing 10 enemy soldoers, etc. They all have GOLD colored XP rewards. These all pay 88,000 or so.

3. Regular battles give 55,000 each, so run into a fortress, loot the nation chest, burn the supplies, kill the leader, then do the battles.

4. Arena challenge from mercs: gives 35,000 for the challenge and 3800 for the merc.

These are what I do and I am almost finished my second 25,000,000 ability point.

Go around the world and pick up war contracts from the quest statues. They give a ton of experience and you can get multiples of the same quest if you have a little patience. eg I currently have about 15 different ones for various spartan, athenian, and pirate ships in my quest log. When I see a naval conquest on my map I go and do that, ticks a couple of those quests up.

You'll also get quests to go kill x soldiers, sometimes in y regions, and loot/destroy z crates. gather a couple of them, then go demolish a fort in the right region and you can work towards the objective of 4-5 quests at once.

Very efficient, though you can't grind continuously using this method.

Just grab and do all war contracts. They give 88k-133k each. Participate in all battles that you can, preferably on attacknig side - monitor the world map to get all of em.
Don't bother getting this 25 million xp after level 70 unless you really can do it in next 4 weeks: next patch will reset XP gained.

EDIT:I believe these is a limit on how many contracts you can held at one time, or there is some sort of limit on their respawn. No idea how it is controlled though. Probably sheer game time passed, but I'm not sure.

Arena fights + wars (and contracts). Although when I've finished all story and optional quests my character was 66+, barely any xp left to grind.

I don't know why you need to farm. You must be playing on easy or normal. I'm level 62 now and its like 900k a level. Still, I am getting a level every 5 or so hours of gameplay and there's still lots to do.

Anyway, I just exlpore and clear everything, every point of interest, do all side quests, and limited time side quests, some give lot of xp

Well I have explored every single location on the map personally and finished the whole story so no main story DLC etc.

Okay so from what I understood I should keep an lookout for war and conquest contracts? And those which say to kill stragoes etc? I will check that all out, thanks for the input

Alright, also I noticed I have 2 hour 25% bonus XP gain from Ubi Store for 10 Ubi points, should I first accept as many of those board quests do them and then activate that bonus so it counts? Or I have to actually use it first and then accept the quests and start doing them

Hey, those 2 hours are a lie. You actually have as much time as you want. Why? Because if you go to your character page, then the top right corner where your level is, you can PAUSE the timer at any time. So just turn it on at the end of the quest.

I too did what you suggested and with 10 minutes left I learned you can pause. Those 10 minutes have lasted like 30 hours now haha. 5 minutes remaining. I only spend it on the weekly quests or the major bounties that reward 100k+

5 Hours!? for 1 lousy lvl? That seems insane, thats f2p MMO kind of insane. Maybe I should not have bought the game after all.

But what has the difficulty lvl to do with this?
