Gloves +10%
Belt +10%
Head +20% at full health
Boots +20% at full health
Weapons master ability gives +10%
Mastery gives +15% at full health
Base chance is 5%
Talon dagger engraving can give +10% and there may be some other special items around.
You may want the low health engraving too but I think they're a waste of a slot.
For hunter and/or assassin builds, full health crit is absolutely what you want. With the right set of epic gear, you can achieve the stats below by level 91 without any legendary gear or engravings.
Base crit chance: 50%
Base crit dmg: 375%
Full heath crit chance: 100%
Full health crit dmg: 725%
If you want a little boost in the interim, in addition to the Talon dagger that Mujokan mentioned, there's also the Nemean Lion set for sale in the store that has nice a +crit chance & dmg at full health legendary engraving.
Elemental (fire/poison) will elevate any build and can be buffed to extreme levels along with crit in the same build if you have a "perfect" set of epic gear. By focusing on elemental and crit, the base damage modifiers don't really matter too much as you'll be effective in all three styles. Just use whatever combination of gear you have regardless of its base damage buff. The warrior stuff will obviously be best since that's the style you prefer and it'll have higher armor stats but again, it's not super important.
Focus on either fire or poison, not both, and add the "becomes fire" or "becomes poison" engraving to your primary melee weapon (if you have it or when you get it). Another fantastic (and rarely talked about) engraving is 30% armor piercing. Regardless of what it may sound like, it's basically a straight damage buff.
If you have high crit stats, you need nothing other than the passive skills and crit-assassination to be an effective assassin (rush-assassinate is good to have as well). With a maxed out crit-build, you can one-shot assassinate lvl99 mercs without a single buff to your base assassin damage.
