Best way to stack crit chance?
I am level 20 and still at 18% crit chance, how can I increase it even further without buying pay to win armor from the helix shop?
Can all armor pieces and weapons be engraved with crit chance?

Pirate set is the way to go to stack crit chance and crit chance while full health. If I recall correctly, you get the set after defeating God of the Aegean Sea cultists. Solve some ostrakas too to find the crit chance and damage engraves. It's a powerful build, that's what I'm using right now.

Bow +10%
Gloves +10%
Belt +10%
Head +20% at full health
Boots +20% at full health
Weapons master ability gives +10%
Mastery gives +15% at full health
Base chance is 5%

Talon dagger engraving can give +10% and there may be some other special items around.

You may want the low health engraving too but I think they're a waste of a slot.

You can't achieve a max crit build with any legendary set, not even the stuff being sold in the store. A custom set of epics is the way to go. Concentrate on base + full health crit chance/damage. Some might make a case that low health is better for a warrior build but I personally don't see it. You cannot max out both full and low health crit; there simply aren't enough engraving slots for that.

For hunter and/or assassin builds, full health crit is absolutely what you want. With the right set of epic gear, you can achieve the stats below by level 91 without any legendary gear or engravings.

Base crit chance: 50%
Base crit dmg: 375%
Full heath crit chance: 100%
Full health crit dmg: 725%

If you want a little boost in the interim, in addition to the Talon dagger that Mujokan mentioned, there's also the Nemean Lion set for sale in the store that has nice a +crit chance & dmg at full health legendary engraving.

My goal is to have a strong warrior build. but I still unsure about the other stats, such as fire damage, warrior damage and specific weapon type damage, which of them should I prioritize for maximum damage output.

I abandoned Warrior builds about 500 hours ago in favor of Hunter builds, which when done correctly, can output incredible amounts of damage. Crit really does trump all but if you don't have the gear to get full health chance up to a reliable level (75%+) then you're probably going to struggle a bit while you collect the necessary pieces.

Elemental (fire/poison) will elevate any build and can be buffed to extreme levels along with crit in the same build if you have a "perfect" set of epic gear. By focusing on elemental and crit, the base damage modifiers don't really matter too much as you'll be effective in all three styles. Just use whatever combination of gear you have regardless of its base damage buff. The warrior stuff will obviously be best since that's the style you prefer and it'll have higher armor stats but again, it's not super important.

Focus on either fire or poison, not both, and add the "becomes fire" or "becomes poison" engraving to your primary melee weapon (if you have it or when you get it). Another fantastic (and rarely talked about) engraving is 30% armor piercing. Regardless of what it may sound like, it's basically a straight damage buff.

If you have high crit stats, you need nothing other than the passive skills and crit-assassination to be an effective assassin (rush-assassinate is good to have as well). With a maxed out crit-build, you can one-shot assassinate lvl99 mercs without a single buff to your base assassin damage.

Regarding the Pirate set; it CAN get you to 100% crit chance at full health, but you have to sacrifice 100% crit damage at full health (because of the arms). This is where the extra engraving on epics comes into play. Still, it's an incredible set for a pure assassin build and the 100% damage loss isn't a big deal when considering the massive +50% skills damage buff. If only there was a set like this for us hunters who like to shoot things in the face!
