The blood feast can be completed without all the clues. Not placing name here cause I do not want to spoil for others.
Once you accuse, (the right person- easy to find using google) even without all the clues, He huffs off and you can go kill him as he leaves the area. Once you do, you loot his body and you have all the evidence you need to complete the quest.
You may want to remove the name from your title as it is spoiler.
But I accused the first one and that seem to go terrible. I didn't finish it, I just aborted and reloaded.
Edit: It looks like if you kill Lagos, you have to kill Stentor and loot his body, which I didn't do. I actually thought I was going to save Lagos after saving his family, but the second choice made him wanted to go out as a spartan, and I thought that meant that he actually couldn't be saved. I guess I now understand why Brasidas was so angry.
I had the same thing, I didn't even remember killing Lagos.
You don't get the clue if you kill him. You only get the proof if you take the other path.
No matter wich leader you accuse, the outcome is the same, true cultist will reveal himself no matter who you accused. You will be called a liar kicked out of the city.
Only way to accuse the right leader and having enough proof from Lagos to show to the council is to have killed The Monger in the cave. If you let the womens kill The Monger in front of everyone, Lagos won't trust you and no matter what you will say, it will end in a fight to the death against Lagos.
So, only way to convince Lagos to give you evidence to call out the true cultist is to have him alive, wich won't be possible if you let the womens kill The Monger few quests before. A dead Lagos won't give you enough evidence to call out the cultist.
If it's not clear enough, Youtube is better than me at explaining stuff. All in all, they tried to ''witcherized'' the game with ''choices matter'' but in the end, there is only one ending. Witcher3 had 3 alternate endings. Still a great game, but they could have removed ''choices'' and wouldnt change much.
