Bah to the skin, yes to official flying Pegasus mount!

it does have animated wings and it does not take fall demage because of that but it does not fly.

Does it glide if you jump down a cliff?

i dont know it for shure, sorry, all what i know about it is from youtube videos but from what i saw it did not look like it would glide.

No glide but you can jump off cliffs with any horse once you're high enough level and have no fall damage. It's kind like flying... not really but I still like it. Better than jumping off cliffs with horses in Skyrim.
