I agree she's the best romance in the game but she has obligations, people to rule and a city to run. She says as much in your cutscenes when the two of you talk about settling down together someday. What I find disappointing is that's the best you get in the game, no real relationships, just a bunch of one night stands with varying degrees of commitment.
She popped up in some cutscene later and you could spend another night together.
You know its not like a good thing to just rebel against the previous leader, and up and leave with your new found love on their ship. Story wise, makes no sense. Gameplay wise may be cool.
You can't recruit either of them. Get your fact straight before complaining. Thanks.
