They use it for everything. I've seen it as an insult, I've seen it as a surprised expression, so back in greece they went "♥♥♥♥♥♥!, oh my,♥♥♥♥♥♥!" all the time? I think it's a word of many meanings or something lol.

Kashra has it right. It can also be used as a good expression, like "wow!"

Malakas can mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, idiot and other similar insults but it's very rarely used as masturbator, most people use it also in a friendly way for example if you see your best friend in the morning you can say good morning my friend (replace my friend with malaka), lol!

Got ya, thanks, it just made me curious cause it is so used in this game, but a google said masturbator lol. So for the longest time, I've been tilting my head everytime I hear it, even when kassandra was jumped by 3 cultist, she went "Malaka." I was like..."Did she just say masturbator?" You put my mind at ease lol.

Mischeif is right. that said I've always mentaly translated it to the SH word that means excrement. it just seems to make the most sense. I doubt it's a precise translation though, Swears vary from culture to culture. the english languages tendancy to focus on bodily functions is considered rather strange in some cultures. Many cultures for example use a religious swear, with words like church etc being used to curse.
