Swordfish quest is bugged
So I saved fisherman from pirates and then found ritual axe for granny. She told me Swordfish (cultist) is hiding in lighthouse, but that doesn't give me a quest. Seems like its bugged cuz I exploed lighthouse and cave earlier?

Its not bugged, look for the blood as a clue to where he's hiding

Not bug , u need to start Minotaur side quest in the ruin temple . The boy will give u multiple quest after exploring First Civilization ruin a bit . Now u can kill sword fish with the quest that the boy give u
