How do I chain rush assassination?

I think I've only done it successfully once while spamming after my first assassination. It seems that even though I have LOS of the target I still can't chain.

When you use rush assassination and another target is in sight, it will slow the time down allowing you to aim at them, when you do it will tell you the button prompt. If combat starts, the chain won't be allowed though, it is an assassination move after all. Only hero strike can be used in combat.

I see, I still can't seem to consistently get it despite the target being close and me having LOS. It's really crappy to not be able to plan stuff out before you execute, that's all the fun in stealth.

If you only allocate 1 attribute point, it only hit once. I upgraded it to full and i am able to chain 5 times. Maybe there are more, i will find a good spot next time.
