Yes he can. Which just further proofs that the story was written for Kassandra and playable Alexios was the afterthought.

You can say the same about Kassandra taking part in the Olympics while females weren't able to compete or watch them besides that one thing in the name of Hera...which is even mentioned in the loading screen tips. Let's face it, Ubi went the easy route and both Kass and Alexios are simple reskins with different voice actors.

It does have some impact. I was able to use my status as their leader in another quest line.

Do you remember which one? Because, frankly, becoming leader sucks. It makes visiting camps of Daughters too simple, only trouble is to find that leader Daughter to kill her and take any treasure they may have. I'd rather have them still hostile to me.

Mythical creature spoilers:
The medusa questline requires you to get the key to her lair from a cave in Daughters of Artemis main camp. You usually have to sneak in which can be quite tricky because the quest giver asks you to not kill anyone there.
If you are their leader you can just stroll right in and tell the one guarding the entrance to ♥♥♥♥ off and let you take their holy artifact. The bears inside the cave don't seem to respect your authority very much so you'll still have to fight them, but hey, it's something.

Daughters of Artemis, probably the single best quest so far. Lots of emotions, crappy decisions, makes it seem more real. I actually carried my Daphnae to the highest point on the island and laid her there to rest. It seemed more fitting than leaving her on the side of a path, or tossing her into a ravine somewhere. Really wish I could have built a pyre or a cairn, something more befitting a warrior. :-(

Unlike this quest with Euthymos, which actually seemed like it was going somewhere powerful, then just .... died. He stood there in the camp not moving. So many missed opportunities in Odyssey for something epic. Even 300m away from where he uttered this same stupid line, he utters it again and again, never moving, once the quest is done hours later.. Still standing there. Pitiful. :-(

Not sure since you can't scan them with your eagle and check their traits or if they are legendary or not.

Once if you say yes accept her consider and all the daughter of Artemis all over greece will let you pass through their village , nothing more than that.

You've missed the part where it happens multiple times when you pass legendary animal parts to her. During my second playthrough I've accumulated all of them and got a hilarious dialog with 3 sexual innuendos during 2 minutes. Like
"take this bear skin" - "oh it's great, let's screw on it"
"that was great, here is the lion skin" "wow, nice, let's do it on this one too"
"alrighty, feeling a bit dizzy but here is the elk's horns" "yay, come here, you sexy beast, let's put those horns to *proper* use"

I know this is a little late, but I just did a quest with the Daughters of Lalaia (One of the tales of Greece or whatever) and during the quest it gave me the option to use the Daughters of Artemis as reinforcements for the town. So yeah, it does have a impact on the other quest.
