where can i find Athenian state leaders ?

And for more help, open your map and press L for Legend. Look for where it says *Leader* look at at that icon, memorize it. And open the map of a area controlled by Athenian Leadership. Somewhere on the map is that Leader Icon but greyed out (will be hard to find unless you got good eyes). Once you get near it it'll gain color and say you discovered the Leader. Have fun killing him.

I think the confusion is that, everywhere else, the game refers to them as Nation Leaders. And then you find those message board quests telling you to kill "State Leaders". I initially thought this referred to someone like Pericles, or the two Spartan Kings. I was relieved to learn that State and Nation leaders are the same, but they should be named consistently.
