And Atlantis is doable before that all ( i did it some time in chapter 7).
But yeah, from a story telling perspective i think the Atlantis stuff should come last,
it has much more of an impact as if you play it before the end of the main story.
Especially the moment when Kassandra/Alexios turns up in modern time with the staff feels more meaningful as the end of their thousands year long journey.
If you did not finish the main story its just " well, that was deep... now back to Greece to hunt goats for my armor upgrade!"
If i replay the game in the future i will definitely go with that order of events,
cult leader - chapter 9 epilogue - atlantis quest line.
At least the stuff with the 4 artifacts, finding your real father fits ok in before.
Thing is though if you save the Atlantis stuff till after the main story you won't encounter the cult member Swordfish till after the main game as he is part of the Minotaur quest line for the artifact that the Minotaur has. I don't know part of me feels like taking out the cult leader makes more sense after you save your sibling rather than before
Thats actually a good point , yeah. So maybe its best to go: main story , Atlantis and the cult as the last ending branch.
